Decided that increasing security on my e trade account was a good idea, and e trade suggested symantec’s vip access, so i downloaded to my iphone I opened it and it showed an id and a code that changed every 30 seconds I checked the 2 factor box at e*trade, inserted that id and the code and i was set Nowhere was i prompted to register on the app

I recently got a new phone and would like to switch vip access to the new one

I went to the security settings and added a new authenticator However, there is no way to switch to switch to the new authenticator. Krautboy06 locked out of account because etrade won’t accept my phone number i went to log onto my etrade app and after logging on it asks me for my phone number for 2 factor authentication I put my number in and it displays this screen
